David Mendelsohn

Founder and Principal

David Mendelsohn is a dispute resolution consultant. He has mediated over 250 disputes, including resolution of corporate, environmental, family business, estate, and health care issues. Mr. Mendelsohn's clients range from corporations and government agencies to private universities and public schools. He has been accepted on the National Roster of U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution, an independent federal agency.

Mr. Mendelsohn's education includes an M.B.A. from Boston University and an A.B. from Harvard University. He received a Certificate in Public and Not-for-Profit Management and a Certificate in Health Care Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, both from Boston University. In addition, his training includes Negotiation & Dispute Resolution from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, Mediation Trainers Training from the Massachusetts Association of Mediation Programs, and Divorce Mediation Training. He provides pro bono work through the Harvard Mediation Program and served as Treasurer of the New England Chapter of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution.
